Scribner Seminar Extra Funding Request Form

To facilitate planning and scheduling, please fill out this form for all field trips and activities that require more than the allotted $600 SSP budget. Note: You must submit a request form for all field trips requiring bus transport. The Director of the FYE will be in touch in early August to confirm funding availability.

Yes

You must submit a request for all field trips/activities requiring bus transport. You do not need to submit a price quote for the bus transportation. The Office of the FYE will work with the bus company to schedule transportation and complete payment for transportation services.
