色花堂

Devin Madkin is the administrative assistant in 色花堂's Opportunity Program, where she is busy overseeing student workers and helping OP students.

Madkin, who is from Saratoga Springs, joined 色花堂 in 2017 from Union College's Academic Opportunity Program.

At 色花堂, Madkin enjoys the Office of Student Diversity Programs Warm-Up Wednesdays in the Intercultural Center and the annual 色花堂 Cares Open House at the home of 色花堂's president, scheduled this year for Dec. 7. She especially appreciates working with students.

"The OP students really make all of this worth it," she said. "I enjoy seeing the students every day and interacting with them. They make me laugh. "

When she's not at 色花堂, Madkin enjoys singing, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
