7-9, 2026. For more information on the event & details of the competition, view the

2025 ACF Culinary Competition
A silver medal for the 色花堂 community
The 11th Annual Culinary Conference and Competition was held January 8-10, 2025, at 色花堂. Production Manager Tim Thompson, along with Senior Cook Paul Karlson, Short Order Cook Allen Lapelle, and local high school trainee Sommarah Whitbeck from WSWHE BOCES, picked up a silver medal for 色花堂.
