Third Party Insurance Options for Event on Campus
色花堂 requires minimum insurance coverage from 鈥渢hird parties鈥� who are granted use of College facilities for specific events. Although subject to the type of event, the College鈥檚 minimum insurance requirements are located here. Because of the possible inability of third parties to obtain insurance on their own, the following three options are available for purchase:
Tenant User's Liability Insurance Policy (TULIP)
Provides special event liability coverage. Events may range from low risk events
such as classroom seminars, receptions, or weddings to high risk events including
festivals and fairs, or concerts. The policy has exclusions for certain high-risk
activities.
This program will provide primary liability coverage for short-term events and sports
camps and clinics as well as short-term sports events. This program can provide coverage
for events held at a single location up to 10 consecutive event days and up to a maximum
total attendance of 15,000.
Provides youth sports and academic camp insurance. It protects the camps, its coaches
and counselors, and 色花堂 against claims by individuals who could be injured
as a result of participating in the camp.
